If you choose to register as a member of our Service you will be asked to check a box indicating that you have read, and agree to be bound by, the terms under Studioplex “Terms of Service”.
Your relationship with Studioplex:
By using the site Studioplex, including visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This agreement applies to all users of the Site, including students, faculty, school administrators, contributors and reviewers of content.
What is Studioplex:
Studioplex is a site that collects and displays the architectural design projects of students created within a studio context and directed by an educator.
Membership/Registration:
Studioplex services are available only to individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts. You must be at least 18 years old and guarantee that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. Studioplex may, at its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.
License:
Studioplex does not claim ownership rights to your content. For the purpose of enabling Studioplex to make your Content available through the Service, you grant Studioplex a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, license right to reproduce, distribute, re-format, store, and publicly display the right you have in the content. You agree to allow Studioplex to display your content on Studioplex in any way that Studioplex chooses.
Copyright:
Individuals who have posted works to Studioplex are either the copyright owners of the content or are posting the work under license from a copyright owner or his or her agent or otherwise as permitted by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any of the Content without the express written consent of the appropriate copyright owner.
Please be aware that when you upload Content, third parties will be able to copy, distribute, and display your content using available tools on their computers that could be a violation of your copyright unless the third party receives permission for you by license.
Reporting Copyright Violations:
Studioplex respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. At Studioplex’s discretion and in appropriate circumstances, Studioplex may remove your Content submitted to the Site, terminate the accounts of users or prevent access to the Site by users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe the copyright in your work has been infringed upon through this Service, please contact admin@studioplex.org. You agree to hold Studioplex harmless for any dispute concerning copyright violations. Studioplex makes no assurances that it can remedy your copyright violation.
Content:
Studioplex does not have control over the content that is uploaded to the Site. Studioplex cannot guarantee the true originality of the work, identity, age, and nationality of a user. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all Content and material you upload, post or otherwise transmit using the Service. You must have legal right to copy, distribute and display all parts of any content that you upload and display on the site.
Re-posting Content:
By posting Content on Studioplex, it is possible for an outside website or third party to re-post that Content. You agree to hold Studioplex harmless for any dispute concerning this use.
Password:
When you register with Studioplex you will be asked to create a password. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You agree that you shall be solely responsible for any activities or action under your password whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. Please notify Studioplex of any unauthorized use of your password.
Privacy:
Studioplex is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Studioplex will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties.
